
Elaia Zeus SA, a company controlled by investment fund Diorama Investments SICAR SA and part-owned by the investment fund Elikonos 2 SCA SICAR, announces its acquisition of Minerva SA Edible Oils & Food Enterprises.
DECA Investments AIFM Chief Investment Officer, John Kalantzis, said: “I would like to thank all those who have worked hard over recent months to complete the transaction. We will work with Minerva’s excellent human resources to further enhance the company’s growth potential”. Minerva’s new Board of Directors is comprised of D. Takas, Chairman; A. Giannakakos, Executive Director; John Kalantzis, N. Koulis, A. Katsouridis, P. Solomos, Members. Ch. Bonou, K. Antonopoulos and O. Tsaka will participate on the BoD as observers.
