with the addition of red peppers and herbs.

- Kalamata Olives

The west region of Peloponnese produces,one of the best naturally ripened black olive, the famous Kalamata table olive. Almond shaped and excellent as snack, as a salad ingredient or as a complement of many diverse recipes. Packed in brine to preserve its rich, crunchy flavor.

- Green Chalkidiki Olives

They come from the area that gives the largest and most tasteful green olive. Simple, or stuffed with almond and red pepper, or with sun-dried tomato and oregano, with or without their core, they are the ideal snack and cocktail garnish.
