MINERVA considers training an integral part of its employees’ evolution, as well as, the company’s evolution. For this reason it takes care to provide continues training for every employee, in his or her own department, as well as, all areas that would allow for possible development into other positions within the company.
Aside from on-the-job experience, MINERVA offers high quality training programs for techniques and departmental leadership skills, which are performed in collaboration with company management, who use company know-how and in collaboration with recognized training organizations.
Training needs result from the annual Performance Management review in conjunction with specifications / requirements of the job.
On average, 80% of staff participate on an annual basis in training, which corresponds to 2000 man-hours.
